In the week leading up to when our movie is released, we hope to have at least the name of our movie and the newly released TV Spots circulating on various social media platforms and appearing in the trending section on youtube.
This form of publicity is known as Viral Marketing and can work extremely well depending what the target age group for the movie is. As our movie is a thriller, the target audience are all fairly active on social media; Instagram, Twitter and even YouTube.
In the couple of weeks leading up to the movie being released, our main, most famous actors will appear on chat shows worldwide in order to promote the movie whilst also being an opportunity for the audience to grow fond of the actors and decide that they want to see them in their latest movie.
